Return/exchange policy
If your purchase isn't completely satisfactory, we're happy to accept your return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Requirements for a return/exchange:
- Purchases made during the sale are eligible exclusively for returns in the form of store credit. (Our store credit has no expiration date)
- Item must be in the same condition it was received in.
- Security ribbon must be attached to item - if it is removed / damaged we will not refund the item under any circumstances.
- Item must be unwashed, unworn and have no traces of perfume or deodorant.
- Item must be in the original packaging.
- Item must be shipped within 5 working days of receiving the return label.
Shipping details:
- Once your return is approved, you'll be offered a tracked return label, you must use our tracking label in order for your return to be processed
Exchange Options:
Standard Exchanges are processed once the original item is received at our warehouse. For urgent needs, choose an Instant Exchange and we dispatch your new item immediately, but the payment for the exchange is held until your return is received.
Store Credit Validity:
Starting 17/11/2025, all new store credits and gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. This does not affect existing gift cards issued before this date.
